This weekend Grant had his first bite of ice cream (well - as far as we know it was his first bite unless those Grandpas and Grandmas beat us to it - ha!). No real strong reaction either way - like or dislike. That's ok though!
He also found a great new toy - a shopping bag! I put all his little rubber duckys in a shopping bag and he shakes and shakes and shakes it trying to get them out. He just loves the noise the bag makes!
At Grant's cousin's birthday party this weekend he had a whole new house to explore. He loved the dining room chairs - under, then over, then under again - and no bumps on the head!

Grant has a bit of a cold :( It hit below 60 this weekend - so it was bound to happen I guess. Hopefully it's a short cold with no partnerships with ear infections. We still think he's working on teeth - but no physical sign yet. We're trying new foods. He loves his pureed veggies - but isn't too crazy about the real chopped up ones. We'll keep trying though. He is liking fruits - oranges, pears and bananas.
