Thankful For

At night before bed we say prayers with Grant and then I ask him "what are you thankful for today Grant?" Quite often it's what we most recently did - playing outside, smoothies, playing with Aunt Sheila, etc. Tonight we went to visit some friends who recently had a baby so I wasn't surprised when we asked "what are you thankful for today Grant" he answered "playing at Cora's house". But then he also added..."and I'm thankful for food and for brownies". What? Really? He ate like nothing for dinner and had about 3 bites of the brownie dessert. They way he eats (or doesn't eat really) gets to me, but he still cracks me up :)
