The last couple Tuesdays we've gone to "Grandma" Mary's house to swim in the morning with some of our friends from church. It is SOOO much fun. Thank goodness for Grandma Mary - she plays with me while Mommy watches Alayna. Alayna's not such a fish like I am. I love my water wings this year, but Alayna on the other hand won't let us get them on her arms. Silly girl (wait a minute - I guess that's what I did last year too). Anyway - I jumped in off the side of the pool last week and this week I swam with a kickboard.
Alayna spends a little time in the water, but most of the time would rather be playing on the side, throwing balls in the water, sprinkling water with the watering cans or eating her lunch. Crazy girl - hopefully next year she will realize how much fun this is.
Mommy loves that I love it so much - I take a nap on swimming day :) THANKS GRANDMA MARY!
