Up North - Part 2 - Fishing with Daddy

When we were up north on our vacation, Daddy took me fishin' for the very first time. He seemed pretty excited - now that I did it - I see why. It was SOOOO much fun!

Before we went down to the water we checked out what Mommy and Alayna were doing. They were adding lights to Briana's tree. It's growing so it needed a second strand of pink lights. There is even a bird's nest in the tree again this year.

Here we go...

The fish weren't biting for the first while - so I went to take the other worms for a ride in my truck. I put some grass in the back of the truck so they had a soft place to lay and then gave them a shower under Grandma's watering can. (Don't worry Grandma - I didn't drop it in there :) )

We got one! This is the first one (of 3) for the night! Pretty exciting!

Here is the second one we caught! What a beauty - just kidding - it's a bullhead...not too pretty if you ask me!

Thanks for taking me fishing Daddy! I had LOTS of fun and can't wait to fish with you again!
