House update:
*"Demolition" done - carpet and family room flooring torn out on main level; trim removed; dining room cabinets removed; bathroom vanity removed; fixtures & outlet covers taken down; etc
*Back closet framed in (empty space near back door - turned into useful space)
*Re-texturing of all walls and ceilings - COMPLETE
*Ceilings and closets painted (with the exception of Alayna's bedroom for ceilings because it will be a different color)
*Paint colors for all rooms decided on and tested (thanks to the nice lady from Sherwinn Williams who helped me pick the colors. By myself I just end up with 50 paint chips and no idea where to start!)
Alayna's bedroom color. Bright, girly blue. Blue is her favorite color and I found a steal-of-a-deal on pink bedding with blue as an accent color. Perfect! (I hope) :)

Hardwood floors are going in!
